With more than 15 years of mechanical and aerospace engineering expertise—covering design, 3D modeling, and concept development—and over 12 years of hands-on additive manufacturing experience, Cookiecutz provides end-to-end solutions for complex engineering projects.
From high-precision custom cookie cutters and specialty baking tools to intricate mechanical components for aerospace related manifold assemblies and rapid prototypes for proof-of-concept validation, our team delivers engineered parts with exceptional accuracy and reliability.
Equipped with a fleet of more than 100 advanced FDM and industrial-grade additive manufacturing 3D printing machines, we transform designs into production-ready components quickly and consistently, ensuring the highest standards of dimensional accuracy, structural integrity, and surface finish.
Our Story
The concept of CookieCutz originated when my wife was unfairly assigned to the night shift at her workplace to cover challenging hours. Cookiecutz was founded with the vision of her achieving freedom and a return to normalcy! Since then, Cookiecutz has expanded and garnered customer appreciation.
Food Contact Products
Our food contact products—including cookie cutters, stampers, multi-sheets, cake pop cutters, and molds—are designed with food safety as a top priority. We use FDA-approved materials in the production of our cookie cutters and have submitted numerous samples to certified chemical laboratories for thorough testing. Our final products fully comply with the regulatory standards of EC 1935/2004, EU No. 10/2011, and all related specifications, ensuring they meet the highest safety and quality requirements.
Toys / Fidgets / Articulated Animal Toys & Children Safety
At CookieCutz, all products intended for children — including, but not limited to, articulated toys — undergo rigorous safety testing in accordance with legal requirements to ensure their suitability and safety for use by children.
We do not merely 3D print toys and offer them for sale. Each product is subject to comprehensive evaluation, with multiple samples submitted to certified chemical testing laboratories. Following this process, we have obtained Children's Product Certificates for our items.
All tested samples have fully complied with the ASTM F963-23 Standard Consumer Safety Specification for Toy Safety, as well as all relevant regulatory standards.
